Rental rules
Cancellations
- Free within 1 hour of booking or more than 24 hours before pickup.
- Inside 24 hours: 50% of the rental price. No-show: full rental price.
- Owner cancels: full refund. Two in 90 days pauses their listings.
Late returns
- Each started day late costs one extra rental day. Half goes to the owner.
- Reminders arrive 24 hours and 2 hours before return.
- More than 24 hours late opens a dispute case.
Damage protection

- No damage protection fee is charged now.
- Limits will be published before launch.
Deposit hold
- Hold, released after a clean return. Not a charge.
- 2.5 times the daily rate, up to $500.
