Two-way reviews

Honest notes, both ways.

After every rental, the owner reviews the renter, and the renter reviews the owner and the gear. Stars, a few quick tags, and an optional comment.

Reviews stay hidden until both sides submit, or seven days pass, so nobody writes to retaliate.
